Well yeah, it has 2 years warranty .. I just have no idea how that jack could be somehow broken .... I'll try to somewhere get another headset or a mic and check it . But maybe any other solutions ? :/

Also the thing is that this headset is not even old, I got it 5th of September . Have never dropped them or anything like that, so I couldn't say that I broke them ..
