Nothing seems to be happening when i disable things in the control panel. I don't use any wireless hardware, so it can't be that. Yes, it sounds like exactly like that.

Thanks for the answers so far. Unfortunately it doesn't sound like that 60hz hum. It's kind of hard to explain but it sounds more like a buzzing, like a bee is stuck inside the speakers. My PSU is Corsair HX850i, it was quite expensive, so I'm a bit disappointed if it turns out to be a bad design.
