Welcome. Yup you can do that easily with camtasia. I would have said just to use windows movie maker 6 for this, but i don't, coz it crashes like crazy and can't handle big video files. I think camtasia is much more stable than WMM. Just familiarize a bit with camtasia, and you are good to go.
