how do I transfer a video from my phone to my computer with sound
that did not come out the way I typed it! I have a short video on my phone that I want to transfer to my computer. Every way I have tried sends the video with no sound. Only Dropbox took it, but then the 'play' arrow shows up in the middle of this very short video- kathyjakary

Video sends, but there is no sound. I downloaded to Dropbox, but the 'play' button comes up in the middle of the screen. Very short videos.- kathyjakary
