I had a laptop I never used for almost 2 years(Hp pavilion 2013) and with phones and tablets these days I just didn't put internet on and cracked it open but decided to.finally put use , I had wifi installation be done and used it about once or twice in 3 weeks, my mother not being tech savvy...

I tried restoring but it says there is no recorded restore date , I tried resetting it and there were two options one full clean that would take hours or one that took a few minutes but would just delete files . The other option is refreshing but I don't know if that will help or something else...

I have a hp pavilion less than 2 years old. It started acting up for a day or two by not loading any program's or now once I turn it on and login I'm at the first page after login but I cant press anything and when I press a key on my laptop it doesn't do anything. I don't plug in anything other...
