So I figured it out. I just had to factory reset the thing. No biggie.

I bought the DH500 used, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but this thing's DVD input is set to use coax, despite me plugging in to the HDMI port. Is there any way to get it to detect the HDMI input instead of it trying to force Coax? For the record, I'm not using it for a DVD...
