Well don't know about all that power button thing as to reset my phone you do it in settings....tried the reset and volumn problem unchanged

I did the safe mode showed same volumn levels ....so does that mean its a hardware problem which means my phone is screwed?

Recently got a used G3 and was working fine at first then the volumn on the ringtone and vioce notification and all calls became really low so now I miss most of my calls and can barely hear the notifications and callers. Is there some kind of master volumn or some way to turn up the volumn ?
