Thanks for your reply.Yeah, I previously did all that you suggested. It does seem that the GPS in this phone consumes more data, as when using Google Maps. Still wondering if At&t is manipulating usage for unlocked phones.

So, I recently bought an unlocked Samsung Note 4 and put it on At&t, replacing my old Samsung Galaxy S3. Here's the thing, I travel throughout the week using mostly cell tower service. I seem to be using 50 to 75 percent more data doing the same things. Do you think At&t has the unlocked phone...
