    i have dell inspiron 13 5000 series. when i plug in any headphones, only the speakers of the laptop plays and not the headphon

    i tried contacting the dell customer, but even they were not able to solve this issue. They gave me a replacement but it has the same issue. Now I am fed up of wasting my time and energy talking to dell customer service..plz help..
