I have both laptop keyboard ribbon and even touchpad ribbon disconnected. everything seems to be dry inside and its still spamming "/" as soon as it turns on

I have Asus X553M laptop 4 days ago I spilt some water onto the touchpad and it started spamming a bunch of random keys even tho my keyboard ribbon is disconnected inside Quickly turned it off/unplugged, cleaned up the top, checked inside, but inside wasnt wet still cleaned it up a bit, tried...
