Dear all Toshiba Laptop Satellite pro 850 I have inadvertently inserted a 16v AC power plug in my Laptop DC 19v socket. It worked for few mins but not charging. Now it has powered off completely. I have tried to use the laptop with the correct charger without the battery,. Still does not work...
