OMG... it worked!!! The nVidia driver was up to date, but the AMD processor driver was not and the BIOS as well... I manually updated those 2 and it's working so smoothly now... It's weird why the BIOS update didn't show in the Lenovo Vantage as well as the automatic search on their website but...
