hitting those temps results in slow down so its not handling it. It should be handling games on medium settings but this game in general is more demanding of my CPU I think.

when i plug my 1660ti amd ryzen 7 cpu gaming laptop in, i get my cpu sit at 60 celsius at 3900 mhz, then i un plug it drops the temp by over 10c and down to 1700mhz. I think while gaming this is why im hitting 90c. any help ? completely new to pc gaming. it runs hot but it keeps peaking that...
