I doubt it... Unless there's a way to control the dispersion of radio waves, it's practically impossible to limit radio wave activity without affecting service quality.
If they find a way though, shame on them! Let's hope monetization isn't taken too far here. :P

I know when you delete a message in Outlook, they really aren't. The question is, how do you retrieve these deleted emails and import it into a new Outlook install? Haven't reformatted yet, so those messages are somewhere in my computer.
I suddenly can't get messages on my Outlook 2007: "0x80042108 Outlook is unable to connect to your incoming POP3 e-mail server"
I've checked my internet connection (a-ok), tried disconnecting and reconnecting, uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook, no effect.
