As the title states i'm looking for a good anti-virus, I've used AVG in the past and for the last year or so i've been using avast. Just wondering if you think I should stick with avast or upgrade to something a bit better. Thanks in advance! I appreciate any advice I can get.

Seems like either your microphone cord or your mic jack isn't functioning properly. If you use a different mic in the mic slot does it work? If so then try and return the headset, Turtle Beach has good customer service when it comes to that sort of thing. But if you try with a different mic...
