Thank you so much! I was hoping it was something I could fix myself and avoid the tech cost but will take it in for a check up then.

My rca viking pro tablet 10.1 turns on, white rca screen comes on, then viking pro, then the screen stays gray out and cant do anything. I can move the cursor around the gray screen when connected to keyboard only. I tried reset button. No success. I tried hard reset but it just turns on and...
