    Looks like loose or oxidised/dirty cabling. Open up the TV and find the flat cables that connect the mainbkard to the TCON board. Use a Qtip and contact cleaner to clean those. See if it gets rid of the problem.

    If its a panel issue, then there is a real possibility that it is drawing too much current causing the feedback circuit to shutdown the TV. No matter how many new boards you replace, the result will be the same. You are better off getting a new replacement TV.

    Habe you tried changing the flat wire connectors instead? Poor signally transfer between boards via the flat cables can be a possibility as well. Finally, check the voltages on the PCB attached to the panel. Make sure you get the Vin, VGH, VGL, Vss, Vadd all correct.

    The swapped parts may itself be defective. Unless you know how to measure voltages on the TCON board and confirm. Then change and reprogram the eeprom chip on the mainboard. This is also likely a panel issue which means TV is cooked. You have to get a new TV.
