I tried a different cord and that wasn't the problem...I've had the phone a year this month..it's not still under warranty.. I would say you are right and the battery is my problem..thank you for your suggestions!!

The battery is not removable...not by me anyway...it says non-removable.

I had on ZTE Maven on charge when I went to unplug it the phone was extremely hot.. I received a text msg and sent one out and then my screen went black and now it won't charge or come on or light up or anything..it's not under warranty any longer...has it fried something? Does anyone have any...
