Tried cleaning of the gunk. Can still see some erosion on the motherboard and laptop doesn't turn on at all. Anything else I can try before giving up?

I bought some cleaning alcohol and will try tomorrow!

It's all dried up but won't start at all. Going to try to open it up to assess the damage or see if it's the keyboard but i can't find a way to jump start the computer.

Then I would have to open up the whole system and clean it with isopropanol. Guess it's my only shot before buying a new laptop. There's no chance it's just the keyboard that's dead? I wanted to try to jump start the laptop but I can't find the power connectors on the motherboard. Thanks.

I managed to spill soda on my laptop 2 days ago. Tried starting it but nothing happens. The battery charge light turns on and that's the only sign of life. Could it be that the keyboard is fried or is it more likely that the whole laptop is fried? Anyway to open it up, clean it with some...
