Not working for me.

My Aspire E15 laptop is always on but goes to sleep after some time. I don't know if there was an update that required the laptop to restart or what but it won't start. I can't remove the battery because it is internal (Such a dumb thing to do). I've tried the paperclip in the tiny hole in...
