I was using startup repair for my laptop and when it says to restart, It brought me to a screen to start windows normally or use starup repair again. When i chose normal it gave me a blue screen for less than a second and brought me back to the screen that says to choose normal or repair again...

My laptop updated it self and now my cursor sits at the middle of the start screen and I can't move it or use the keyboard. I tried fn + f7 already.
