laptop won't start up

I was using startup repair for my laptop and when it says to restart, It brought me to a screen to start windows normally or use starup repair again. When i chose normal it gave me a blue screen for less than a second and brought me back to the screen that says to choose normal or repair again? Any help please?

What do you mean Startup Repair? From the Windows Installation DVD?
Have you tried booting from safe mode for a System Restore?

Yeah, But I fixed it now. I just rebooted my laptop. Good thing nothing important was in it
