My brother plays on a laptop as well for WoW and gets bets better fps from a the onboard hd graphics 4000 and some crappy processor. He does't use a fan either.

clevo p170em cores in the mid 70's and the gfx card is high 80's with a game running. idle everything but the gfx card (mid 80's) is in the low 70's high 60's.
