Thinking of getting a hp envy 13" x360 with the mobile amd ryzen 7. It states that it comes with 8gb of ram but was wondering if it's possible to upgrade this to 16gb? Thanks in advance

As the topic states, I want to put a backlit keyboard in my Acer travel mate P273-MG. I know that most laptops have limited customisation but I was able to upgrade the ram so figured this was a potential as well? I know acer produce similar aspire laptops to this but wouldn't know which ones...
