you can upgrade procesor but it depends of your socket and fsb speed, graphisc in laptop r usualy permanently soldered

of course you can cause those processors work on the same fsb rate and r on the same socket. if u r not sure of your answer dont say anything ! if your motherbord fsb is 1066 it means u can use hardware with this fsb so 1066 ram 1066 fsb procesors on your socket.. sometimes u need to upgrade...
