The one with the dedicated card,so the ASUS,will be better for anything.

He doesn't need a digital camera,he needs speakers for his PC.

Something is maybe occuping the RAM or the CPU,but 2 secs isn't that bad IMO. On my laptop,it takes 15 seconds to open Opera or Chrome.

You can get it,it's really cheap for a good laptop. But he may need to turn the settings down a bit,maybe to medium or so.

It depends what games you want to play,since the GPU isn't the greatest.

Both are EXCELLENT headsets. Get whichever one you think looks cooler. :)

I haven't used them but I still prefer Logitech and Corsair headsets. :)
