I am still looking for a solution. Having the same error on BOTH Windows 10 computers (one is a Dell and the other a Toshiba), so it doesn't seem like a problem with one brand computer. Android tablets are working fine so seems pretty likely this is a Windows 10 problem. Have tried the youtube...
