My laptop fan is making a weird loud noise, the lap itself is not overheated at all, I did took the laptop apart and cleaned it, I'm pretty sure it's clean now but it's still making the same noise, my laptop is Dell Inspiron 5537, here's a video of the fan: https://streamable.com/p3141
