My laptop fan is making a weird noise, can anyone help?

My laptop fan is making a weird loud noise, the lap itself is not overheated at all, I did took the laptop apart and cleaned it, I'm pretty sure it's clean now but it's still making the same noise, my laptop is Dell Inspiron 5537, here's a video of the fan:

check if the blade do not touch the case side you might have to replace the fans if the bearing is going out .
