i just need to do a factory restore but i cannot see anything. i guess i didnt mention i have a laptop. my screen is broken and so i use an hdmi monitor to use the computer normally. soooo, when i can only see anything after the computer fully boots windows. nothing before that. :(

is this not fixable or did i not ask the question correctly?
