    It's pretty decent build. You can pick ram 1600HZ very small difference comparing to 1866 You can take lower W psu about 500 or 550 is enough for you.

    Hey, some of drivers are installed into win 8 like wifi, sound drivers, video, etc.. But after installing you should update them through windows update or download from web like nvidia etc
