I have the above notebook which runs flawlessly until I power it down. It has a clean install of Windows 7 Pro and Asus factory drivers. The chip set is i7-4710HQ with an 970m Gpu. When I power it off apparently the Gpu won't respond to WMI and so the system cannot cleanly shutdown but rather...
