    Thanks for that but when I try pressing esc a menu comes up for a split second then it goes back to saying the problem. How long should I hold the esc button in?

    When I turn my Samsung laptop on its says to reboot and select the proper boot device. After going onto the system options I only have one name for a boot device. I have no idea what any of this means either...
