    Malware/Adware infected my computer but only does anything on firefox

    Is there a way to get rid of it? I was running anti-virus but that hasn't detected anything so I'm wondering what to do about it.

    i have a i5 laptop and im wondering if i would be able to put a nvidia 780 graphics card inside of it

    An i5 laptop is only a dual-core as well if I remember correctly so that i5 would bottleneck the GPU as well.
