Did that last night with same result Reset date and time and then confirmed the reset and it went to a blank screen instead of the settings

I am trying to put my laptop to óut of box state but i get a red box after pressing 0 or f12 .. warning i will wipe hhd if i continue ... i select yes and i then get a please wait msg then screen turns black and stays that way and i get no settings to put it back to out of box state
