    Online template not available in MS 2007

    I am forced to use MS 2007 in Virtual box on my iMac. MS Office refuses to access any online templates - demanding I update. Of course, the software is activated and up to date with SP3. Update just does nothing (as usual). Any ideas, anyone, please? Cheers, Mike
