No, pressing the ALT key with the PRTSC key produces nothing. Pressing the Windows key with the PRTSC key produces a black image in the screenshots folder. This happens with any screen, I do not game. I should have explained I am using a Toshiba Satellite A500 series laptop with Windows 10. I...

I cannot find an answer for this problem anywhere...I am able to take a screenshot on my Toshiba Satellite, but the image is always black in the screenshot folder. Same is true if I go ahead and past this image into Paint. What is going on?
