In Just Dance there is a tab, either on the main screen or on the song selection screen, where if you click on it, it will show you a list of songs you can buy. Most songs cost money, but there might be free ones. Hope this helps!

If you go to the "Settings" app, click on the "General" tab. There should be a button that says "Software Update". Click on this and update your iPad. (This might take a few minutes). Hope that helps!
