fn f8 doesn't work wifi led is turned off and the wifi trouble shoot said wireless capabilities turned off

so I have a network card from intel. it say the wireless capability is off and the button that turns it on is not working. Is there a way to turn it on manualy? (also it worked for a day which was yesterday when I opened my laptop to clean the fan and closed it, but stopped working when i rebooted)

cleaned it helped by 5 c so thanks but I need little more

K i'll buy a screwdriver somehow and clean the fan. but last time i checked, 4 months ago, it was sparkle clean

So I have the msi ge70 the one with the gtx 660m would a good cooling pad fix my overheating problem? My cpu goes up to 100c when I'm gaming and it worries me. I have a cooling pad and that lowered it by 10c but it still is too much heat. Should I replace the thermal paste or something? specs...
