Network card In laptop not working

so I have a network card from intel. it say the wireless capability is off and the button that turns it on is not working. Is there a way to turn it on manualy? (also it worked for a day which was yesterday when I opened my laptop to clean the fan and closed it, but stopped working when i rebooted)

So, if you try FN + F8 to turn the WiFi on or off, it's not working. The LED for the WiFi is not blue, on the taskbar, right click on the icon for the WiFi, and choose Troubleshoot problems, this will tell you what is wrong with the WiFi.

fn f8 doesn't work wifi led is turned off and the wifi trouble shoot said wireless capabilities turned off
