I can record my voice just fine. Team mates still can't hear me, like mic isn't going thru.

I have Windows 10 (hate it!!!), anyway I plugged in Plantronics headphone with mic into desktop with USB. I can hear my online game thru headphone speakers. I configured my mic and said the sentence Windows told me to say, it came back and said mic working fine. This headphone and mic were both...
