It started once I tried to reset my pc(got a 'unable to restart pc' error) and turned it off. Now it just goes to the acer screen, and restarts before anything else loads up, other than the backlit screen.

My acer cloudbook 14 will startup normally, then go to a blank, black, backlit screen, then suddenly restart itself. It started doing this once I tried to wipe the computer. ANY help is appreciated as ive asked everywhere and have gotten NO replies which leads me to believe it's screwed...
