I just got a brand new laptop battery, and have a new charger and it won't charge my laptop. it still says plugged in not charging. How do i fix this problem so my laptop can charge.

When I receive a text message Instead of it just opening, I have to retrieve it instead. How do i open the text message without having to retrive it.

sound is only coming out of left sony headphone and no sound is coming out the right one at all.

I had google as my home page but when let someone else use my laptop they removed google as my home page and put up some kind of add on. I want to make google my home page again om firefox.

When i turn on my laptop the display screen is black and grey with vertical lines all on the screen. Then the laptop turns off.

it happened the day after christmas and my laptop is a dell inspiron 15 5000

i can try to uninstall the graphic driver to see if that helps

When i turn my laptop on i get this grey horizontal lines with a black square in the right hand corner of the screen. But when i 'm on the internet the screen turns white. This only happens on the laptop screen, not when it's hooked up to a tv.

I have a laptop that when it's hooked up to a tv with an hdmi cable it doesn't recognize it at all. Also it doesn't even show up in the playback and i can't set it as a default because the button has been greyed out. Also the sound only comes through the laptop and not the tv
