I would probably just get a new one since it isnt too expensive and you will be getting more up to date hardware so if you do any upgrades it wont be a pain. Also it would save time and maybe money depending on the OS you choose since just buying one it will be already installed.

I have this problem when running audio from my PC to my Mackie PROFX8 mixer then to my surround sound unit. It just means you cant run the audio type.
