In the bios advanced tab..system config...I don't have "boot mode"

I was trying to do a factory reset bc my laptop wouldn't boot but I could get into safe mode....I clicked on factory reset but it asked for a recovery disk which I don't have... so I just clicked no I don't want to continue... but it popped up "deleting harddrive" but gave me an option to cancel...

I was trying to restore my laptop bc it wouldn't boot up....I accidentally started to delete my harddrive.. but I canceled it and now it just says no bootable device.. please restart system..... what can I do?
