    Samsung. Plan Straight talk, pay as you go. I have plenty of minutes, but can not get the phones buttons to open it or let me make calls or check messages. It seems like the lower numbers on the bottom do not respond. I guess the slider button is on that same level and will not open the phone...

    Unable to slide the phone to open it (unlock) to use it. Please help. Missing all of my calls/messages. I will need to buy an iphone if this is not fixed. ~Muzette
