I think laptops are cool because you can hook up monitors to it and use a dual setup pretty much and take it anywhere you need to. Budget would be probably 800-900. I have 2 monitors but no os unfortunately.

No, i'm getting lots of stuttering. When i play RS on lowest possible settings, i get stuttering when people are around. Idk what the prob is. Maybe it's the cpu fan, but i have a fan blowing into the side of it. Soo. idk :/ What kind of build would you recommend?
