HP Envy 15t webcam not working.

I have an HP Envy 15t-j100. The webcam sort of works. When I try to use it, I can see very faint picture, but it's mostly grey. There's a picture of a window. Windows says the driver is installed correctly, but it also says that it needs further installation. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Is this a Decent Laptop?

This MSI one is over your budget, I know, but for the price it is really powerful. The Radeon graphics should be able to run Far Cry at low to medium settings, but the specs for the MSI are just so much better.

    Wich game recorder to buy?

The Elgato is a much better capture card. The Avermedia is limited to 30 fps at 720p and 30 at 1080p, but the Elgato captures at 60 frames per second on 1080p.

MSI GT72 vs Asus G750JZ? Other suggestions welcome!

I would recommend a Razer Blade for student use. It is exceptionally thin, yet still very powerful.

It will probably be around, if not more than 60.

    ASUS VivoBook S551 15.6" vs Toshiba Satellite P50-T 15.6"

Since AutoCad really only requires one thread, the Asus would be fine, and it is a hyperthreaded core, so it will run most games. The GPU's are pretty much the same. 8GB of ram would probably be plenty, unless you are going to be doing lots of things at once. The Asus also has better battery...

A Good Gaming Laptop Under 750$ (45K INR)

You probably want to get one with at least a Nvidia GT 740M, or Radeon R7 275X. Next priority would be a good processor, like an Intel i7.
