My internet provider is Verizon, I have tried it in 2 other houses (Different WiFi connections) I might try taking my laptop to a tech, For now I will look for possible fixes.

I did remove my WiFi info completely, then reboot (completely power off and back on) the computer and then tried adding it again. Also I don't have an Ethernet cable

I would also like to add that I attempted the first set of steps you gave me (Before you said the other one that I was trying) I couldn't find "Manage Wireless Networks"
