I don't recommend you to upgrade a laptop's CPU. They need a certain amount of power to run and that amount of power is already probably being used to its fullest. I recommend you either buy a new computer, build a new computer, or buy a prebuilt computer. Good luck!

Update: I have reseated the CPU, Did a memory test, and everything. Nothing. And the Temps are OK as I do monitor them at all times, and it got about 50 degrees Celsius in HeavyLoad CPU stress tester.
